Bamtone/N01型凝胶化时间测试仪按 IPC-TM-650 试验方法手册中的试验方法 2.3.18 设计制造 , 凝胶化时间是指液态树脂或胶液在规定的温度下由能流动的液态转变成固体凝胶所需要的时间。对于热固性树脂，是指从添加催化剂后到形成凝胶所需要的时间。
The Bamtone / N01 gel time tester is designed and manufactured according to the test method 2.3.18 in the IPC-TM-650 Test Method Manual. The gel time is the time required for the liquid resin or adhesive liquid to change from a flowing liquid to a solid gel at the specified temperature. For the thermosetting resin, the time taken from the addition of the catalyst to the formation of the gel is indicated.
